Aylin's basement flooded every time it rained, causing her major frustration and anxiety. She called Ayers and we inspected her home. We informed her that we would need to install WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall System. WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that keeps water away from your foundation and mud away from your drains. CleanSpace uses a thick plastic liner along basement space walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. Aylin no longer has to deal with the exhaustion that comes with a flooded basement.

Glenn was looking to finish her basement so she could put a bedroom down there. For the finishing touches she wanted to replace the standard window she currently had. After talking to our professionals at Ayers we let her know that our Egress Window would look perfect in her basement. Egress Windows are larger which opens up the space more, making it more inviting. The main benefit being it offers a safe escape route in emergency situations and is waterproof so she won't have to worry about water seeping in during heavy rains. Glenn was so thrilled with the final results!
