Diane is a repeat customer of ours, who is always satisfied with the work Ayers provides. The basement windows in her Rogers City, MI home were rusted out and made her feel unsafe. Diane wanted the windows to have a tighter seal so that water would not come in, as well as stronger glass and a better locking mechanism for her family’s safety.

The customer had water leaking into his basement through the walls and floor. This was an ongoing issue for this lakeside home. The customer had a another company install a sump pump system which was not discharging water effectively even while constantly running. We installed a perimeter drain system to capture all intrusive water and funnel it to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. 

Kathy's crawl space within her cabin desperately needed waterproofing. Kathy was dealing with standing water within the crawl space, leading to various water issues. Not to mention multiple things were sitting in the water. In search of a permanent solution for her cabin, Kathy came across Ayers. After contacting Ayers and making an appointment, a System Design Specialist came to her home for a thorough assessment. After analyzing the house, the Ayers team suggested installing many different products to resolve the water issues. One was WaterGuard which utilizes a heavy, durable plastic liner that lines the entire crawl space and acts as a vapor barrier. Any water that seeps in through the walls will be funneled behind the liner and down below, where it will then be directed toward the sump pump. CleanSpace makes a crawl space look much better. In addition, the homeowner will be able to control the home's temperature more efficiently!
