Cathy was tired of worrying about the water leaking into her basement, damaging her belongings. She made the call to Ayers for permanent waterproofing solutions. Our crew inspected the problem area and suggested our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump systems. WaterGuard is an interior drainage that is installed below the floor in the basement under the walls. This placement ensures water leaking through the walls gets collected in the drain. Then the water will is directed to the TripleSafe sump pump system. This three-in-one solution will keep water leaks out of the home. Cathy is grateful for the hard work of our team!

Casey just purchased Sterling Heights home that was built in 1938 and the seller never disclosed that there was water in the crawl space with and a terrible DIY fix. She called Ayers for an inspection, and our crew determined she would need WaterGuard and a TripleSafe.  

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. A TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. 

Casey was angry that the seller didn’t disclose the state of the crawlspace, but extremely grateful to Ayers that we could get her new home safe and dry for her and her family. She’s thrilled she never has to worry about flooding or an unstable foundation ever again.  

A home in Washington, MI was experiencing water seepage in their basement due to a failing sump pump and improperly installed discharge lines. As a result, water was not being pumped far enough away from the home, leading to a wet basement. To address this issue, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump and IceGuard. This solution provides the homeowner with peace of mind, knowing that their home is now properly protected and the water is being effectively pumped out. The IceGuard Discharge Line System is a fitting placed over the top of the discharge line, serving as a secondary escape route for water, particularly in the winter when discharge lines may freeze. This ensures that all water can still escape as needed.

Our team installed the BrightWall paneling system to combat the moisture. BrightWall is designed to work with an interior perimeter drainage system. Once installed the panels will direct wall seepage down to the perimeter drain lines that carry water to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from your home!
