The dirt floor and lack of insulation let humidity and groundwater seep in. Wanting peace of mind and a healthy home, Myra called Ayers to encapsulate the crawl space and divert water away for good. Mike called Ayers since he was looking into getting his crawl space repaired as there was some water intrusion and he didn't have it properly sealed. After an inspection was conducted our System Design Specialists recommended we install CleanSpace and the installation process began. There was mold found in the space in the past, and the homeowner wanted to encapsulate the area and prevent further issues. The open vents and sand floor in the crawl space was allowing moisture to easily enter, which was the cause of the high humidity levels, musty smell and mold growth.
