A customer in Saranac, MI had moisture problems in his crawl space, and moisture means mold. So we installed our CleanSpace technology in the crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now that this crawlspace has CleanSpace technology, the homeowner won't have to worry about mold ever again.

Joseph worried when he found excess water, moisture, and mold in his basement. At Ayers Basement Systems, we recommend upgrading existing crawlspaces with two products: CleanSpace and SilverGlo.  CleanSpace is a white vapor barrier that protects the house from invasive humidity and temperatures from the ground.  SilverGlo (not pictured) goes on the wall to further insulate the crawlspace.  With the addition of a sump pump, these upgrades will help to save money, reduce cold temperatures, and eliminate any organisms growing under our houses such as mold or dust mites.
