Bill's basement walls were bowing which was causing water intrusion and other issues. So, our team installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system constructed to repair damaged and bowing foundation walls. CarbonArmor is used to fix your foundation walls by preventing inward movement and reducing the cracks in your walls. This system can easily be concealed for your basement to have a sleek, finished look.

Jim's basement walls were bowing and cracked on the inside and outside of the foundation. He called our team and asked about possible solutions. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place and overtime it will straighten them. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.  

Jennifer's home had stone basement walls, and she worried that the voids between the stones would allow moisture entry. She needed the problem resolved quickly, so she called Ayers for assistance. Our crew of experts stopped by her home to examine the space and recommend a solution. The team suggested Shotcrete, which applies a concrete or mortar wet spray through a high-pressure hose to fill a form or repair damaged surfaces. Jennifer is happy to be rid of unwanted moisture!

Jennie's 118-year-old home had cracks and deterioration that needed to be professionally addressed. She had previous work done with Ayers and loved the results, so she trusted us to repair her foundation issues. We sent a crew to her home for a free inspection to determine the best solution. Our solution was to install GeoLock Anchors. These anchors will ensure the walls remain upright and are installed by excavating the ground around the home. Anchors are then placed along the outside of the basement walls and will be held in place by steel drives. The other side of the wall will have a large metal plate that aligns with the anchor and is bolted together. This bolt is tightened so this constant pressure pulls the wall into place. This system ensures the walls won't bow any further from the outside soil pressure. Now Jennie has assured the support of her home with this foundation repair solution in action!

Julia was concerned about old, rusty support beams in her crawl space. They were no longer stabilizing her floors, leading to sagging, so she called Ayers. We determined from an inspection that SmartJacks would help with stabilization. This solution is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. SmartJacks are installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and rest on a sturdy base in the ground. They even can support loads of more than 60,000 pounds. Julia also won't have to worry about corrosion since they consist of galvanized steel for corrosion resistance!
