Larry noticed multiple supportive issues with his home that he's been in since 2009. Knowing that It was built by the previous owner under little supervision, he knew he had a potentially major issue. Wanting to find a solution from a reliable company unlike the initial contractors, he contacted Ayers. Our resident foreman Blade was able to listen to Larry's concern and inspect the area.

Bruce noticed the home's crawl space was suffering the most from faulty craftsmanship.  To remedy the problem Balde and his team decided to use SmartJack piers.

SmartJack piers are steel beams place strategically along the home's supportive rim joist. The Beams are anchored into the foundational floor with poured concrete and the tops are capped with load-bearing joints that affix to the rim joist.

SmartJack is a trusted tool by Ayers because it provides a permeate source of support and not only stops further compromise of the support structures but also corrects the Supportworks over time.

While trying to sell her house, the home inspector told our customer that the basement wall was bowed 2". She called us to fix it so the house would pass inspection and sell. 

As is the case with many bowed walls, there was a leaking crack that had been poorly "sealed" in the past. We installed a FlexiSpan sealant to take care of the leak, and a PowerBrace wall reinforcement system to strengthen and straighten the wall.

Due to previous owners installing a new roof without adding the correct support, Linda and Shannon's living room floors were sagging. So, they called our team and we installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization. 

A homeowner with a 1950s cottage in Michigan faced a serious challenge with their basement and crawlspaces. With dirt floors and hill soil pressing against the foundation, the north wall had started to lean, raising concerns about structural stability and year-round usability. To address these issues, we installed our EverBrace™ system, which laterally supports failing walls with steel I-beams and corrugated panels. By injecting low-rise polyurethane foam behind the panels, we reinforced the wall, filled any voids, and transferred the load to the new system, restoring stability to the cottage and making it a comfortable, secure space once again.

Tracey's kitchen floor has been slanted for a long time, and she finally had enough. She researched her options and called Ayers for help, so we sent our specialists to her home. After evaluating the space, they recommended installing the SmartJacks supplemental support system. SmartJacks are a durable system of floor jacks hot-dipped in galvanized steel, zinc-plated, and implanted two feet below the surface to reduce load-bearing stress. Tracey loves her balanced kitchen!
