Homeowners in Royal Oak, MI, have owned their home for 10 years. They have been experiencing water leakage in their crawl space for a while now and wanted to repair it. Mark confirmed the water leakage in the crawl space and proposed a solution to their problem. Many people neglect their crawl spaces, especially the crawl space door.
