These homeowners reached out to us about their damp old stone-walled basement. They met with our Design Specialist, Ronald to discuss their project. After discussing their options, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System to conceal the unsightly stone and prevent water vapor from seeping through. Following that, we installed our WaterGuard System, a perimeter piping system designed to capture and redirect water away discreetly. To complete their project, we included our UltraSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. With this complete system in place, they are now able to utilize their basement confidently instead of it being a burden.

Complete Basement Systems installs sump pump systems along with complete waterproofing systems for homeowners.  Our customer in Janesville, MN had a SumpSump Plus system installed in October 2016.  

We have an annual maintenance program to inspect and maintain the sump pump systems installed to ensure we find any potential problems before they find the customer.  The system is an investment and we just want to protect that investment. 

Post installation, your sump pump will run as needed and sometimes it may not run, but your sump pump motor sits in that dirty, mineral filled water potentially clogging breather holes and components inside to keep it from operating effectively.  

The service is recommended every 12-15 months.

This Albany, MN basement had visible signs of moisture along the foundation walls, including dark staining, discoloration, and evidence of water intrusion near the floor. This intrusion is caused by groundwater pressure, or hydrostatic pressure, against the foundation walls. Over time, that pressure can force moisture through the concrete block and along the wall-to-floor joint. Visible staining, discoloration, and damp areas along the lower portion of the walls showed that water was making its way into the basement.

We transformed the space with a professional basement waterproofing system designed to keep water out and help protect the basement from future moisture issues. The foundation walls were covered with our CleanSpace Wall System, creating a bright, clean-looking finish while helping direct moisture toward the WaterGuard drainage system. The floor-to-wall transition was sealed to help prevent water from entering where the foundation wall meets the floor. Our SuperSump sump pump was installed to pump the water out and away from the home. 

The result is a cleaner, brighter basement with a more comfortable environment, and, most importantly, a system designed to keep the entire basement dry.
