Our customer in Hutchinson, MN just purchased a home and wanted to seal up the crawl space to reduce radon and smells from the other living space in the home.  

Our System Design Specialist, Ryan Brenner met with the homeowners to address their concerns.  Ryan designed a solution that involved encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace Liner along the floor and thermax insulation along the walls.  

Our customer is now able to use the crawl space as added storage of things and having piece of mind of that they will be protected. 

This homeowner had water issues in his crawlspace. The dirt crawlspace was high in humidity which was causing mold and mildew. The homeowner wanted a high-quality solution that would guarantee results. 

Our Design Specialist recommended our CleanSpace Encapsulation System as well as a SuperSump sump pump to create a dry, safe crawlspace.

The CleanSpace System is a heavy duty, vapor-proof, attractive liner that is permenatly held in place by drilled-in fasteners and spikes. The edges, seams and pipe penetrations are all sealed tight. The white finish allows you to easily see that your crawl space is free of mold, insects and dirt. It will also prevent pests from getting in through the crawl space and into your home.

Our SuperSump is a SUPER reliable pump that is equipped with a WaterWatch Alarm System. This pump is clean and neat, with an airtight lid that prevents anything from falling into the sump hole. The alarm will sound if the pump doesn't kick in when water gets past a level that the pump should have turned on. This will give you time to address the issue before there is flooding.
