Our customer in Lynd, MN noticed Complete Basement Systems booth at the New Ulm home show and inquired about their basement water issues, along with their crawl space.  We completed a job in both their basement and crawl space.  The crawl space project involved sealing their dirt floor crawl space from the earth using a bright white CleanSpace Liner that will allow their basement to be free from odors, mold, and insects from getting into their home. 

A homeowner in Madison, MN reached out to us frustrated with a crawlspace that had become a constant source of problems. The space featured a dirt floor, makeshift and failing support posts, and clear signs of pest intrusion. On top of that, persistent musty odors were creeping into the home, creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy living environment above.

Our team designed a permanent solution to stabilize and protect the crawlspace. We installed SmartJack to support and level the structure properly, replacing the unreliable “rigged” supports. To address moisture, odors, and pests, we fully encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace, sealing the dirt floor and isolating the home from the ground below. The result is a cleaner, healthier, and structurally sound crawlspace that gives the homeowner long-term peace of mind.

These homeowners purchased a home that had a crawlspace that needed some updating. Our crawlspace encapsulation creates a bright, healthy, and pest-free space. The CleanSpace System is a heavy 20mil-thick-liner- like a pool liner. It's is manufactured in layers, a blend of high density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low density polyethylene for flexibility, and polyester cord reinforcement for brute tear resistance. It is manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called "UltraFresh" that is molded right into the material. The white finish brightens the space so you can see that your space is staying dry, free of mold, and pest free!
