Dakota County resident received the Five Star Rated book that lists qualified contractors serving area residents and Mark S. of Farmington, MN contacted Complete Basement Systems about his leaky crawl space.  

A free estimate was scheduled with Mark to meet with our system design specialist to look at the troubled crawl space and determine a solution for him.  

A CleanSpace liner that protects the vapor transmission and water from the concrete block in the crawl space to prevent mold and standing water was installed along with a drainage matting liner underneath the CleanSpace to channel any water seepage into a smartdrain that was installed to collect the water. 

Our customer can now utilize his concrete crawl space for added storage space in his home and have peace of mind that his items are protected.
