Charles from Apple Valley contacted us because he was experiencing water coming in through his basement. We found a time for him to meet with our design specialist Pedro. Pedro found the solution to the problem with some of our amazing products. Pictured here is our SuperSump and UltraSump 4.

This home in Mendota Heights, MN was experiencing some water coming through the floor and walls of their foundation.  Our system design specialist designed a permenant solution installing WaterGuard along the base of the foundation and wall under the floor to collect any ground water seepage. He also designed a wall system using CleanSpace Wall System to prevent any moisture from coming in through the walls.  

It was also evident during the inspection, the foundation walls had some movement/bowing occuring.  Our specialist designed the PowerBrace Wall System using steel I-beams to support the foundation wall. 

Homeowners in W St Paul, MN were referred to Complete Basement Systems.  They have been in their home for 5 years and had a finished basement with no sump pump system.  Water was finding its way in a few spots and they noticed a smell from the carpeting that smelled throughout the entire perimeter.  Before getting to a remodeling project to refinish their basement, they knew they needed to fix the water problem after talking with their friend who referred them to us.
