A homeowner in Burnsville, MN was concerned for his walkway as it has been a major trip hazard for friends and family. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home to inspect the walkway and to answer any questions the homeowner had. After the inspection, Kyle created a proposal recommending PolyLevel to lift the concrete. In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by lifting the slabs drilling small holes into them and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, expanding and filling in the gaps in the soil. Once the slab has been lifted the crew ensures it is level before sealing the holes with cement. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, went to their store to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Management was confident in Mac's proposal, so they went ahead with the project.

Our PolyLevel Production crew, led by our Foreman, Sam, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete. Next, they slowly injected the PolyLevel into the holes, monitoring the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its former state. They finished the process by sealing all remaining joints and cracks with our NexusPro to ensure that no unwanted water would get beneath the slab in the future. 

Once the job was complete our homeowner was happy to know that they didn't have to worry about any tripping hazards in the future!
