Sidney, Illinois homeowner, Matt was concerned about water leaking into his basement where the floor meets the wall. System Design Specialist Greg B. designed a solution to keep his basement dry. 

Foreman Melvin F. installed WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water away from the basement. With this solution, Matt can sleep soundly knowing his basement will stay dry.

A crawlspace in Sidney, IL, was unstable and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, SmartJack™ was used. These steel anchors will help stabilize the crawlspace and can even be tightened over time, ensuring the area remains safe to use. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is in great shape. 

Without any protection against water leaks, this home had water damage on the walls and floor. Team Woods prevent further damage from accumulating by protecting the basement with a TwinPack sump pump and a WaterGuard drainage system. 

Knowing where water is leaking into the basement is one thing and adding all the right products to make sure all the leaks are controlled to make sure the basement will stay dry all the time in something else.  The walk out door in the garage was below grade and in the fall leaves clog the outside drain and water would come under the outside door and then go under the insdie door to the basement.  Our Trench drain with sump pump near by took care of this leak once and for all.  Also, adding a sump pump systems with a battery back up provided that extra protection for power outages and peace of mind when away traveling.

This homeowner in Calhoun IL was in the process of finishing their basement, and they decided to replace their old sump pump with a TripleSafe sump pump which will ensure their basement stays dry in case of a leak. The collected water will be pumped out by the sump pump, and exit far away from the house.
