Dirt crawl space problems like mold, wood rot, along with high utility bills are common.  We helped solve these problems in this Shiloh, Illinois home with our CleanSpace® vapor barrier and crawl space liner, designed to keep the space clean and dry!

This O'Fallon, Missouri crawl space had a vapor barrier installed to control moisture,  however, their sump pump pit was holding water and did not have a sealed lid, which was allowing moisture to evaporate into the space any way.

Our CleanSpace® encapsulation vapor barrier seals the walls and dirt floor of a crawl space.  Our crawl space sump pump, SmartSump®, has a sealed lid, high water alarm that could be connect via a smart device or home sercurity system, and battery backup sump pump.

This Chesterfield, Missouri homeowner came across a leak in the basement along one side of a wall only during a heavy rainfall.  We installed our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system that neatly fits behind the finished drywall.  The WaterGuard® drains all the collected water to our TriplSafe® sump pump system that includes a three pumps, including one that is a battery backup.

The room addition on this High Ridge, Missouri home settled and needed our Foundation SupportWorks® push piers to get the foundation wall back to level.

Street creep is when the expansion of the roadway pushes on the driveway that causes the foundation wall of a structure to bow.  This St. Charles, Missouri home has a walkout basement and elevated driveway and garage; and the rear foundation wall bowed outward.  The front top-left corner brick slid with the movement of the foundation.  Our Foundation SupportWorks® Geo-Lock™ wall anchoring system stopped the bowing.  This work has a written transferable warranty.
