Leaving the joints on your driveway exposed can cause your concrete to crack and begin to settle over time. Our NexusPro joint sealant sealed the exposed joints on this driveway protecting it from future damages while giving it a new and clean look. The turnout was amazing!

This homeowner's downspout extension was a tripping hazard for herself and others, so she wanted it to be buried. Not only was it a tripping hazard, but it was also interfering with her yard work. To keep this homeowner safe, we buried the downspouts with a Lawnscape discharge pot. 

This homeowner didn't want to come down to water in her basement because she had a bad experience with it in her previous home; she was also concerned about her foundation wall that was leaning in. She used our services for waterproofing in her previous home, so she decided to give us a call to waterproof her home once again.

We sent Service Technician Matt Stice to see what was happening with her foundation wall leaning in, help to fix the wall, and waterproof her basement. Matt found that hydrostatic pressure on the outside of the foundation wall was causing the wall to lean in, so he determine that with Geo-Lock Wall Anchors, the wall could be stabilized and moved back over time. After this, Matt and his team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System with a full height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal and create a drain for water to get out of the basement. Finally, Matt installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump to ensure that water would leave the homeowner's house despite the conditions outside and even during power outages. 

The homeowner was very happy with the projects that were completed in both her previous home, and her current home. Check out her newly waterproofed and stabilized basement and foundation wall!

This customer had a few slabs that had settled and had taken the front step down about 3/4 of an inch. This created a cracked caulk line that he didn't like. He thought that it had also created a crack down a column by the side of the porch but that had been caused by age and weather. 

We fixed the crack at the step by using Polylevel to bring the slab that holds the step back up, we also used Nexus Pro to fill all the cracks and control joints in the driveway.
