I selected Thrasher because they worked on my parent's house.  It was a great experience from top to bottom.  The installation crew was really friendly and they did a great job!  They checked in before making decisions in the basement to make sure it was ok. 

I was very impressed. Had heard of it being a high pressure sales pitch, but it wasn't at all. Tom was very nice, explained things thoroughly. I asked about some other things I had seen in your book, he said we could do those, but it really wasn't necessary.

I selected Thrasher due to research, research research...on the internet with basement philosophies, with community/neighbors...we couldn't find anyone more intelligent and trustworthy.  Your people at the end of any phone call just ROCK!  You have a solid organization that is built to last.  Done a lot of research and have had a lot of competitors in our new home and you are the best on all levels...customer service, consulation in our home and price for what makes sense for a unique basement with unique needs.  Thank you for spelling out all our options and filling them without regard for your "bottom line" profit.  You're looking for long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty and you do it VERY WELL!  The sales rep and the foreman and crew were great.  YOUR PEOPLE ON THE PHONES ARE EVEN BETTER! That says a lot about-no, says EVERYTHING--about your company!

We were led to work with Thrasher because of their general reputation, experience and the recommendations from neighbors. It is very refreshing to have a home improvement company perform work for the price quoted and promised.

Customer service is very important to me and it was exhibited  at all levels.  A solution to my problem was presented, and I was not sold something I did not need. I am happy we chose Thrasher.  The service was excellent and the price was fair.

Initial call was excellent-very nice people. Scheduled appointment and was called back very quickly with a sooner appointment time.  Kurtis (sales rep) was right on time, extremely professional and a pleasure to spend time with.  Your company really dedicates time to explain everything and allow for any questions.  While I have not, and will not, shop around I can't imagine anyone else being as thorough. I researched a lot of this information on your website and other resources, Kurtis validated all I had researched and answered any gap questions I had. I trust Kurtis personally as well as his representation of your company.  Everything is top-notch!

My sales rep, Cole, took care of the comfort part and wasn't pushy at all.  Loved him.  We also had a building inspector look at it and he said is was sound but having Cole look at it too made us feel more secure.

I had concern on structural damage. My rep, Tom K, was very courteous and honest.  He took the time to listen and fully inspect the foundation.  Tom did not oversell me, in fact there was no need for any repairs but he did show me a few things once we refinish the basement.

I am pleased to report that Mel and his crew have earned a 5 star WOW Service Award in my eyes. They exceeded all of our expectations while installing our basement waterproofing system. 

Everyone was so polite throughout our experience. 10 out of 10 is not a high enough score for everything they do!

My complements on the fantastic job your organization did on my basement.  Your staff was prompt, courteous, and very contientious.  When the job was completed, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Our system was installed prior to the 12 inch rain that fell in Omaha this summer.  We made it through without a drop of water in our basement.  Prior to the installation, we would have water in the basement after a 1 inch rain. I have told all my friends that they should call Thrasher if they ever have a need for this type of service.  Not only did you do a great job, but you were the low bidder.  Thank you again for the great job and feel free to use me as a reference.
