I wanted to share with you a crew review.  On Jan. 19 the crew led by Juan Matos arrived at my mother's home to repair a crumbling cement block and replace the basement floor that was torn out years ago. The crew arrived promptly and was very courteous.  I did go down and talk to Juan and asked him a few questions about the job and he explained everything in detail and was very kind.  When the job was completed the crew cleaned everything up nicely. I want to thank Thrasher Basement for making the repair process so fast and easy.  Also I want to give special thanks to Juan and his crew for a great experience with quality workmanship.

Don G. did an excellent job explaining everything and all the different options.  He was very professional and we were pleased it was not a high pressure sales person trying to sell things that we did not need.

Jeremy (sales rep) matched another company's price but I picked the system because of Jeremy!  He does a really great job and we are getting the ball rolling now.

I was extremely happy with the service I received through the whole process. Bob did a great job showing me what needed to be done, giving me options and recommended a path for me to take. The installation crew did a fantastic job and left my house clean and in better shape then when they got there. They were all very respectful.

The guys did a great job — what we thought would take at least two days to complete only took them one day — they left everything clean, in order and managed to not leave any marks on our finished walls

I selected Thrasher because a tree fell during a storm and pushed my basement wall in.  My insurance company recommended you.  Everyone from your company was very polite and helpful.  Besides the anchor plates on the wall and the smell from the drilling, I would have never known anything was done.  No messes inside or out!

Thrasher provided an estimate promptly and guaranteed the work.  Everyone who came to the parsonage (where the work was done) were extremely careful, laying down drop cloths etc; they were polite and clear about what they were doing.
