I selected Thrasher because of high humidity levels and mold in our basement.  We also had water coming in through the walls and ground.  Thrasher was professional, efficient, helpful, insightful and honest!

We called Thrasher because we understand that we need to do something to keep the problem from getting worse. Charles (sales rep) did an excellent job.  We were quite nervous about the problems we have and he listened to our concerns and did a great job of discussing what was really happening to our block walls.  He could not have been more understanding and helpful.

Our appointment was at 5:30pm but Mike S. (sales rep) showed up to verify the address and since my husband was home they started right away.  Mike was great about catching me up when I arrived.  He answered all our tons of questions and explained every step of the process. By the time he left we were totally comfortable with what was happening with our home.  I have no recommendations to improve services.  Mike is a great representative for your company. The fact that he was able to explain everything so easily when our house was chaotic was nothing shy of a miracle.  I can't imagine explaining the issues and options was easy with two curious dogs and a 6 year old kid shadowing every move.  I intend to recommend your company to anyone with basement issues!

I just wanted to contact you to compliment your representative, Charles Kneifl.  He has been very professional, ethical and helpful in being sure we understood your systems and that we were receiving the system that we needed.  He even went out of his way to return when it was apparent that the initial system we expressed interest in was not going to fulfill our needs.  Having been in business for over 30 years, I know that it is easy for customers to express dissatisfaction, but often appreciation goes unsaid. We selected Thrasher due to information we received from the company rep and also the fact that we knew the company had been around for many years and has a solid reputation.  Mike Haye (sales rep) was prompt, extremely professional and provided us a great deal of information in a short time. He did not pressure us.  We were very impressed with Mike. Competitive price and the guarantee is important to us. We were pleased with the work the crew did and know it will solve our water problems.

Job site clean-up was perfect.  It was a rainy, muddy day and the house was spotless when they left.

The company was very good and did what they said they would do!

On March 18th and 19th, Mr. Fausto Diaz, and a young man who helps him, installed anchors and covers at my rental house in Council Bluffs. I want to commend your company for your choice of personnel who work for your customers. Mr. Diaz and his assistant were professional in every way. They exhibited courtesy and patience with my questions while employing a great work ethic and professional expertise on this job! Prior to the days of installation, I had contact with telephone personnel who were personable and courteous, and with Mr. Tony Nogg who did a great job of presenting your product and explaining your system to my wife and me. Great personnel make great companies, and you are fortunate to have selected these people to represent you.

Everyone I have had experience with at Thrasher has been extremely friendly.  The guys that came and did the installation were very nice and friendly as well.

A series of storms with torrential dowpours flooded the street and the storm sewers could not handle the amount of water and flooded our basement with four feet of water.  Saw Thrasher in the neighborhood and decided to call for info to see if the basement was fixable.  From the first appointment with Matt, I knew this was the company to help us. The work is now done and we are very happy the basement looks so much better, and that we have this space back.  The basement crew cleaned up everything before they left and the basement was spotless.  They also explained everything that was installed and let us know if we ever had questions or needed anything to let them know.  Angela was helpful to me when I picked out the flooring.  Everyone was helpful, kind and made sure it was done right.  I certainly will let my friends know about Thrasher for any future needs!

We were impressed by the way they did a very messy job in a very clean way!  We had just replaced our carpeting, trim and paint so having the crew totally tunnel off the walkway into our home and basement was awesome.  No mess at all...not even the dust that we would have expected having concrete and mud brought up.  Excellent and they were done much faster than estimated.

Thrasher takes pride in their work, and has quality products.  With Thrasher it's nice to know you guys can fix the problem and make it look good and new again.  I'm glad I had you fix my problems, and I know I don't have to worry about water any more.

Selected Thasher due to the bid, it was the most thorough in explanation and literature.  I was very happy with the timeline and the service I received.  The crew cleaned up after the work.  The crew foreman asked for my approval on various stages of work and he was very courteous.
