The homeowner had projects to do before they could sell the home. One of them were to replace the supports in the basement.
Once the PolyLevel injection process was complete, the slab successfully lifted the 4 inches it had settled, and was a safe place to walk for the homeowners once again.
The previous owners of the home warned the current homeowners about this crack in the foundation.
The concrete surface outside the back sliding door of the home had a large crack due to eroding soils beneath it. PolyLevel was injected to fill the void and prevent any further cracking or settlement due to lack of stability. The cracks were also sealed with NexusPro.
The pool deck had settled around the edge of the inground pool.
The homeowner's basement had water pooling on the foundation floor.
The homeowner has been experiencing settling in their foundation for the past 15 years. They had tried to fix the issue but that companies fix didn't work.
The team chipped out over 140 feet of concrete around the perimeter of the basement so we could install our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump.
