1. The years 2005 through 2009 have been some of the wettest on record for the state of New Hampshire and many residents are concerned that this trend will continue indefinitely.
2. When storms & flooding hit your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
3. Your basement is likely the largest single space in your home. If you allow it to be wet, moldy, humid, smelly, and unhealthy, you're abandoning an entire floor of space in your home. Additionally, a home with water in basement is nearly impossible to sell, and the basement air - filled with odors, dust mite feces, humidity, and mold spores - will rise into the rest of the house, ruining the healthy environment of the home.
Waterproofing your basement, however, can be a very extensive job and finding a responsible and trustworthy contractor is even more challenging, but that's something Basement Systems wants to change. What's important to you becomes a priority to us.
Our New Hampshire contractors have seen every kind of wet basement and crawl space throughout your region, and with Basement Systems patented products, there is a solution to every problem! Our WaterGuard waterproofing system and unique sump pump systems are among the many products that we install every day.
Additional waterproofing products include basement window treatments, the SunHouse Window Well , the absolute best basement dehumidifier (SaniDry Basement Air System), basement wall and floor treatments, and much more!

Comment: I have a house built in 1978 with an addition added in 2008. The addition has a separate full basement that has consistent water seepage at the foundation edge and for the first time this year seepage from a few floor hair-line cracks. I have the house on the market for sale and need to correct this problem.

Comment: We have water seeping in along the floor. We purchased the house in Sept and have had the problem but it has been worse since we had a new well put in and where it was excavated it worse on that wall.

Project Location: Berkeley Drive, Hudson, NH 03051
Comment: My dehumidifyer does not adequately function to keep my basement dry to protect items stored in the finished basement of my condo. It is currently draining into the furnace drain, but when the furnace is off the dehumidifyer tank fills up and automatically turns off--and requires monitoring to be effective. I have been trying to tackle mold growth in one corner of my basement near a small downstairs "closet" which is bare concrete and has pump for "radon" removal etc. and a sealed floor water holder tank related to the underground radon pipe installations.
Project Location: Hogg Hill Road, Bradford, NH 03221
Comment: Humidity and mildew
Project Location: Lois Dr, Hudson, NH 03051
Comment: It is down-pouring and water was leaking in through the windows in my unfinished basement. It happened for about 20 minutes but it is still raining just as hard but now it's not leaking in....it's as if it just happens for the first little bit of the storm but it was a decent amount of water.
Project Location: Tanager Way, Londonderry, NH 03053
Comment: When we get a sigificant amount of rain or melting snow, our basement gets water in two areas. The first spot is right under the door to the outside and the second area is a little more concerning to me; less water but underground and leaks up through the floor. Nothing that has ever required a pump but we would like to finish our basement some day.
Project Location: South Shore Drive, Pelham, NH 03076
Comment: Water in basement from perimeter and hydrostatic pressure of the floor. I believe the house was built over a natural spring.
Project Location: Stack Drive, Bow, NH 03304
