The old foundation wall was causing concern for the homeowners.
The foundation wall is bowing and deteriorating.
The team chipped out over 140 feet of concrete around the perimeter of the basement so we could install our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump.
The homeowner attempted to put some sort of sealant over the area where water was leaking through the wall. This sealant did not work and still allowed water to puddle near the furnace.
The basement was damp and the floors were bouncy.
The homeowners have noticed water collecting in their basement for as long as they can remember.
Soil outside of the egress window is dug up to allow space for the well.
The foundation wall was cracking and the homeowners needed to repair it before they could remodel the rooms above.
