The team installed the first of two Triplesafes to collect water from the basement.
The WaterGuard system is installed along the footing of the foundation wall to collect water. The design allows water to flow to the sump pump system.
The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed along the entire border of the foundation. This ensures that water is captured from all angles of the wet soil surrounding the basement. It is laid on top of crushed stone to create a sturdy base and prevent clogging. Once installed, the system is cemented in place.
The homeowners didn't like the look of the old bulkhead and the doors didn't work properly anymore.
After the lift and level process was completed, NexusPro was applied to all the joints to seal and protect them against water intrusion.
