Our team helped this Stoneville homeowner transform their crawl space from damp and messy to clean and protected. The space originally had torn insulation and an old vapor barrier that wasn’t keeping out moisture. We installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system along with a SmartSump pump to keep water out and humidity under control. The result is a bright, dry, and energy-efficient crawl space that helps protect the home from mold, wood rot, and musty odors.

Wet and dirty, this crawl space was harming the health of the home above. We cleaned it out and encapsulated it entirely to protect it from weather, moisture, and humidity issues.

All of the exposed rock, block, and dirt inside the large crawl space was acting as an avenue for water and water vapor to enter. The water seepage increased the humidity, causing mold growth and air quality issues. The solution was to wrap all these surfaces in our CleanSpace vapor barrier which is designed for crawl spaces and is extremely durable. We also insulated the walls and waterproofed this particular crawl space to help protect it further.

We installed our durable vapor barrier and sealed it along the walls and piers to keep moisture out of the crawl space.
