Excess water and humidity in this church basement had left these walls badly damaged. Our crew gave these walls a new life with a CleanSpace wall system and WaterGuard subfloor drainage system. Now this area is sealed and protected against moisture, humidity, and even cold drafts. 

This formerly moist and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our encapsulation system. Complete with our waterproof SilverGlo insulation, ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier, highly-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier, and a few other of our top-quality patented waterproofing products - this crawl space is now healthy and dry for many years to come!

This formerly damp and humid crawl space got a brighter, drier, and healthier environment with our encapsulation system. SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the walls and the ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier sealed the piers and floor. This crawl space was dirty and musty, leaving the homeowner worried about the potential for mold growth. Up to 50% of the air in the first level of home comes from the crawl space, so the homeowners were concerned about the air quality in their home. Moisture from the ground was getting inside the crawl space and raising the humidity and forming condensation. This moisture then started to mold the floor joists and shred the fiberglass insulation.
