I did get an estimate with Jayco a competitor & I wasn't happy for a number of reasons. My Installer Jon ASHER today was also very professional & explained everything. I'm very happy from start to finish. I'm on my 5th Home since 1986 & I know how contractors can be. Everything went as planned and on time!  The workers were really good at their jobs and were very careful with their working around the house.  They picked up and cleaned everything up as they were working and after.  They were nice people.

I saw listing on Angie's List along with others, but was most satisfied with the sales representative and low pressure.  I was very satisfied with results, salesman and workers.  Terry Lowry answered all questions clearly and did not pressure us to install items not needed for our situation.   Shawn and Jose were very professional and respectful to me and my wife.  They explained what they were doing and answered questions clearly.    

You accomplished the permanent fix to my basement that I was told was impossible! I have also repainted it, and after leaking all spring, to me it was a miracle. The pleasant service from your employees was excellent!

Sean, Mike and Brent were professional and respectful. They protected our belongings and assured us that everything would be neat and address our problems.

Chris did a nice job of proposing what to do and showing us details.  Brent A. and his crew were great!  They worked hard and informed us every step of the way.  Great crew of workers!   I couldn't believe the way they cleaned up.  They did a great job.  It was a big job so it was a big mess, but when they left, it was better than I had expected.  

Darren A of Lebanon, Ohio called into the Appointment Center this morning to report that he was thrilled with the job we did for him.  After all this rain we have had in the past few days that was causing flash flooding, his basement has remained dry!  The Foreman on his job was Mike Lutz and the crew on that job was Kevin F and Jordan Y.
