Mike Pruitt and his co-Forman Cody Bradley and his team did a wonderful job stabilizing two of my basement walls, installing their waterproofing system, and a complete new sump pump, plumbing, and battery backup system. They were very thorough, polite, and made sure no dust got through the house furnace by closing off the entire work area. They answered my questions and followed up in a timely manner. They cleaned up the work area and my basement looks great. Nice to have peace of mind knowing the job was done right and done in a professional manner. Hats off to the entire team! Jon Asher came and serviced my sump pump, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Timely and even gave me information that I wasn’t previously aware of, he is great at what he does and I would recommend highly him.

We had our annual inspection completed on July 2nd by Jon A. Our system had been installed by the previous owners and Jon explained each part of the system and how to check to make sure it was in working order. He was very professional and courteous!

The product information was in depth and left no open questions.  The staff was very knowledgeable and personable.  Reviews from other consumers left me with no doubt.  I will not use any other company!  I only wish The Basement Doctor provided more services for my home.
