Rusty, Kellon, and Tyler installed a drainage system for the Williamsburg First Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg, Ohio. The work was completed on January 21, 2021. Every morning the crew foreman telephoned to let me know that they were en route to our location. This allowed me ample time to arrive at the Church and to unlock the door.  The entire crew was very professional. They also left the area neat and clean each evening. Their workmanship was excellent and the church members have been very pleased with the quality of work. 

We had a leak in our basement/BR and Dave, Austin and Pierre were the team that came to fix it (all the way in Hamersville). They made sure to keep our carpet and entry way clean-thank you! Friendly and professional.

Marilyn called today to let us know that Austin Funk was at her home and also at a rental property she owns to do a yearly system check-checking the sump pumps and replacing the batteries.  She said he did a great job, he is very personable and friendly.

They came in and got right to work and you couldn’t even tell they were there once they cleaned up. Tyler’s concrete work was very smooth. I couldn't fill this out until it rained and I could see if the system works properly.  It does!  The water is on my backyard and not in my basement.  I'm happy!

TJ, Cortland, and Korey from The Basement Doctor Cincinnati installed some Power Braces and a sump pump system in my home. They called ahead, were transparent with issues they ran into, and kept the workspace cleaner than they found it. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the entire crew and with the work they completed. I fully endorse them, especially TJ and his crew, for any work you may need done and will absolutely be using them if needed in the future.

Mike Pritt, Bradley and Brian did an absolutely fantastic job installing two TripleSafe sump pump systems in our basement! They were courteous, professional, and very respectful of our home. Mike's crew was on time and worked diligently to complete the job in only two days. We can sleep well now knowing our basement will no longer leak in heavy rains!
