We have lived in our home over 50 years and your crew tops all other workmen/contractors that have worked for us over all of those years. The crew chief, TJ, was very knowledgeable about the services being provided, explained what would be done each day and when the job was done he fully explained what we should expect from the system that was installed.  All the crew worked hard but TJ set the example.  We would surely recommend that you keep him.  While I don't know your other crew leaders, I would not hesitate to give him a Service Award. Corey C and Austin B came out to place a gutter drainage line. They were very nice, professional, timely. This is our 1st time using this company, and it has been very positive. We are having them place a French drain in the summer as well. The crew were even patient with my very nosey 4 year old. :)

I am beyond pleased with the job performed by Mike Pritt and his crew (Bradley and Brian)!!!! I had several quotes to have my basement waterproofed and the basement doctor was the most reasonable. I just had a good feeling when discussing their product offered and the process with the sales rep for NKY. They called when they were 45min out, they were on time, professional, polite, thorough, and always took a moment to answer any questions I had along the way. As soon as Mike arrived before they started anything he walked me through everything that they would be doing. They took time to Prep and make sure my entryway was covered, my furnace was wrapped in Plastic, and all of my other belongings left in the basement were well covered before they started to bust up the concrete. They communicated through the whole process and let me know when they would be leaving for lunch and never wasted a minute when they were there!!!! It took them 2 days to do the job and my basement was cleaned up and left how they found it. The area in the side yard where they had to dig for the discharge drain looks amazing, you can barely tell they had to dig a 50-foot trench! They precisely dug it up so that when they put it back together it fits like a puzzle! I seriously could not be happier with them, the company, and what they provide. They have their OWN patented product for the water to drain through. Everything is theirs, they don’t sub-contract out and you can be comfortable with who is entering your home. Thank you so much again Mike Pritt and crew I will be recommending you and your company to everyone I know!!!!

Randy had his yearly service check done by Logan H. Logan was very courteous and explained what he was doing, he was very thorough, took his time to explain everything, no rushing them through learning how to operate the system.  They were very pleased with Logan and his work.

Easy to understand presentation. No pressure!  Caring approach. 

Your salesman was a really nice guy and gave me no pressure; really laid back. I liked that! Installer was on time, explained what he was doing and cleaned up. Your solution to the problem made more sense than any of the other techniques. I interviewed several companies for ways to solve our problem. I could not believe some of the techniques used by other companies! You were definitely not the lowest price, but good reviews on Angie's List influenced my choosing The Basement Doctor. And...Your referral list had the name of someone I know from church! Good job!!!

I’m really glad we went with the Basement Doctor to waterproof our basement. The whole process was smooth and everyone was very helpful. The crew that worked on our house was great. Big thanks to Mike Pritt, Bradley and Brian, and the other guys. Mike explained everything very well and kept me updated on how things were going. Mike and the other guys really know their craft and made me feel comfortable having them do the work. They had to take things down and were able to save a lot of the wood so I don’t have to buy all new lumber when I finish my basement. Saved me a ton of money. They got the job done on time and everyone involved was extremely professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

The men, who did the work, were some of the quietest, most polite and hard working young men we have ever had working in our home. The clean up after the job was done, was very good!    

Repair was done promptly and the area was cleaned up!
