I contacted The Basement Doctor for a crack in my foundation that was causing water to leak in. Jon Asher came out and patched the crack in my foundation wall. Jon was professional and welcoming. I especially liked how he invited me to watch and ask questions so that I knew what he was doing. It allowed me to learn about the process and feel more comfortable about having him in my home. I would definitely recommend The Basement Doctor again!

The crews from the initial install to a follow-up visit have been what I expect from a professional company. Jon A. was the most recent to come to the house and took all the time needed to answer questions and show me again the system that has been installed.
