Testimonials for Omni Basement Systems

As you know we had a pretty sick basement . . . the presence of mold, dampness and decay was very discernable. Following an excellent presentation, we agreed to have a complete basement treatment including the perimeter drainage system for all walls; the wall treatment to cover damp and dingy rubble walls; floor and wall cover in the crawl space, and; a sump pump with a battery backup system. (I should add we had standing water in the basement for several spring months every year.) Within days following the completion of your work there was no mold or damp musty smell in the basement and the main floor of the house was free of that old farmhouse smell. The addition of the SaniDry basement air system also had a lot to do with this, keeping the basement air circulating, filtering and dehumidifying. Words can hardly express how pleased we are with our new basement!

Good morning Keith,   The spray foam guys came yesterday and the crawlspace is completed now. It looks amazing and feels/smells much better now! We just wanted to say thank you, the guys were great from start to finish and we're extremely happy with the end result. I was wondering if you would be able to send me over any photos the guys may have taken during the process.   Thank you, Mark M

Thanks again Keith. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with at Omni and will gladly recommend your teams services to friends and neighbors in need.

...very happy with the crew and their timely completion of the job. They went out of their way as to not disturb our daily routine and clean up was impeccable. All people we encountered were very helpful and professional. We 100% are thoroughly satisfied.

Everything went smooth, crew was excellent as was any on I contacted at your office. You answered all my questions and there was many of them. I would highly recommend your company.

Crawl space sealing, insulation overhaul Nightmarish Dirt floor crawl space was completely overhauled and insulated. It is now clean, water proofed and sealed From insects and rodents. Very pleased with the quality of work and end result.

OMNI were fantastic from day 1. We had water in our basement crawl space and after giving them a call they were there quickly to quote, and explain their solution. They made sure we understood the plan, the reasoning behind the decisions and the timeframe. The crew that did the work and install were fantastic. They were quick, efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend OMNI and suggest they are the first call you make.

Great work! Professional service! The service team was clean, courteous, and professional. The work done to seal and insulate my crawl space and basement was outstanding. The system completely changed the environment inside my house. It is worth noting that the team was very aware of covid restrictions and made us feel comfortable with their level of awareness and protection.

Crawl space upgrade Right from the 1st phone conversation with Hunter I was very impressed and comfortable with what the whole project entailed. The communication between the office, sales person and myself was constant and informative. The crew that did the job is top notch!!! Kind, friendly manner and they all explained what was happening and updating me with pictures that were taken. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company

Highly recommend Omni Basement Systems, excellent crew, efficient, polite, well maintained. Crew worked hard and got job jobs completed in 6 days.

Overall.....an Excellent job!

Thank you very much for the work you completed in our crawl space. It’s difficult to find businesses offering this service and Omni Basement was very thorough and informative from start to finish. We feel much more secure with the foundation of our home and would recommend your services to others.

Although I couldn't get a service from Omni basement systems so far, I still would like to give a 5stars for their Pre- inspection. Kathleen helped us make an appointment one month ago, and Dustin and George came today to help us pre-inspect our crawl space, and let us know everything we need to know. Due to the construction issues of the house, we couldn't get the service from them now, but I will definitely come back after the construction part is done. Thanks again

Your boss is lucky to have the efficient employee like you.  I am very pleased to talk to you as well

Basement Beam install When we moved into our 100+ year old home, we knew the ancient 2x4 they used as a support beam wasn’t to code. Not only that but half the joists didn’t even touch the beam. Calling Omni was the best decision, and a complete no-brainer. They installed a sleek steel I-beam across the basement, with precise post placement that not only exudes confidence in the structure, but also is out of way of obstruction. The result was better than I expected, and I have to thank the installers for that. All staff at Omni are knowledgeable and friendly, and want to ensure that you get the best result possible. If you have basement issues, they are absolutely the ones who you need to resolve the problem.
