Great service from start to finish We purchased a home recently which had a dirt crawlspace. The previous owners had neglected this space and it was an entry point for rodents and odors. I reached out to Omni to have a quote on the work. They sent some reading materials after the quote was scheduled and the salesperson who came to give the initial estimate was great. He wasn't pushy and came across as knowledgeable and honest. After the appointment was scheduled, Omni called a few times to give opportunities to move the date forward, though these ultimately did not work with our schedule. The contractors on the install date were great and professional and the work was completed in one day. After install, the contractor mentioned some issues that he noticed (entry points for rodents). The crawlspace is much cleaner now and I am very happy with the work done.

You did not push and were not intolerant of my questions. You gave great customer satisfaction. I can't believe the difference in the air quality in our home. No more musty mildewy smell. No more dust particles floating around. The air smells as clean as it looks. Humidity has dropped 30 percent and we are dry! Would strongly recommend you to other persons who have had problems such as ours. Being built on slate rock and having a constantly wet crawl space was so detrimental to our health. My husband and I positively believe our air quality and respiratory problems (constant colds, etc.) was directly related to the ill health of our crawl space. It was the BEST INVESTMENT I've made! As you know we had a pretty sick basement . . . the presence of mold, dampness and decay was very discernable. Following an excellent presentation, we agreed to have a complete basement treatment including the perimeter drainage system for all walls; the wall treatment to cover damp and dingy rubble walls; floor and wall cover in the crawl space, and; a sump pump with a battery backup system. (I should add we had standing water in the basement for several spring months every year.) Within days following the completion of your work there was no mold or damp musty smell in the basement and the main floor of the house was free of that old farmhouse smell. The addition of the SaniDry basement air system also had a lot to do with this, keeping the basement air circulating, filtering and dehumidifying. Words can hardly express how pleased we are with our new basement!
