I wanted to share a few thoughts with you on our recent installation of one of your Ultra Sump III units Thru Basement Systems Specialists.   I have a tendency to be a particularly detailed and some might say a demanding Customer.  When your team arrived in December to do the installation on a Monday morning and on time i was a pleasantly surprised. Further they did their work professionally, left the basement as clean as i had prepared it for them and explained to me in detail how the system works and how to reach them should i need any further information.    At the time there was no water in the sump unit as our property is seasonal as we discussed but during the spring there is a tremendous amount of water coming into the sump.   About a week into the thaw i thought i better check the pump as i would have expected water to be in the sump by now and wanted to see why the pump had not started yet. When i looked closely i realized the unit was operating and that is was pumping water but was so quiet i had to hold the exit pipe to feel for the small vibration to confirm it was operating. WOW!!   We are currently in the down stroke mode so to speak. We have passed the highest volume threshold and i must say the unit performed perfectly. No one issue and those pumps were working hard during the peak volume time.    From the time i saw the unit on a TV advertisement called your company, met with you, had the install and now have experienced the unit i have been nothing but pleased in the way your company operates. The equipment provided top drawer, no other words for it.   You took the worry and burden of a potential flooded basement away from my elderly yet sharp as a tack aunt. That is priceless.

I was very anxious getting a job of this importance and size done. But whole team from the offices to workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. They made arrangements for all permits and building inspections. They also worked hard to find me a way to get the most for my money. Having the workers come into my home didn't feel like letting strangers in. They were always very nice and showed me all the work they had done in the day. And had a genuine interest in making sure the job was done to absolute best.
