  Had my entire basement done about 2 years ago. Got all the bells and whistles. I never worry about rain now. Just recently had a problem with my Sanidry Sedona. Called and spoke to Jocelyn she is amazing. She called me back within minutes to tell me they can come the next day with a brand new unit to install and remove the old one. Had the 3 pump sump system installed. This was in addition to the original sump that was put in when the house was built. Unfortunately, they hit bedrock under the concrete where the new sump well was going. This one day job ended up taking two. The workers were great. Very professional and hard working. Thankfully, they never gave up where other companies might have. The end result is a beautiful system that is functioning as it should. The workers explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up well when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company!

The installation crew was a set of hard workers.  I hired OMni becasue of the type of material used,and the design made sense.
