I contacted Clarke Basement Systems to evaluate a solution to deal with water coming into our basement which is 80% finished. Rob Malcomson came in and described the work needed that would resolve the issue and we were scheduled for the work in a short period of time. Clarke's team arrive as scheduled and the crew consisted of Jose, the foreman, Trevor, Pedro and Jaron. The work included removal of drywall, studs and some flooring along the walls that needed to be jackhammered, followed by the installation of their system and membrane and resurface the floor area with concreate. The crew were very professional and respected the need to be sensitive to our finishing's. Jose was very willing to explain the steps involved and answered all of my questions and, offered a few tips for refinishing the area that was repaired. The quality of work was excellent and the crew cleaned up the work area very well. I highly recommend Clarke and it's system. Thank you Jose and team!

From the first time we sat down to discuss what was needed, Clark Basement Systems were professional and easy to deal with.The guys laid down drop sheets from the front door the entrance to the crawl space, and when they left you wouldn't have known they had even been there. Lucio was the manager of the job - and he was amazing.  So respectful of my home and he let me know every step of the way what was happening. I appreciate Ryan as well - he was the sales rep on the job and he was here today as well - and will be back tomorrow with some additional supplies.  Brandon was another person at my home today - he was also very polite and respectful.  I do not know the name of the third person - but he was again - very thoughtful and respectful. After living in her home for 25 years, this year my Mum got a bit of water in her basement which freaked her out and upset her greatly. After doing research I decided to call 2 companies to obtain 2 estimates to get this situation taken care of for her. Mum is 86!! The first company, really, did not even want to take the time to even talk to me, or come out to her home! He said I will email you some information (which he never did). Sigh. My next call was to Clarke Basement Systems and what a breath of fresh air it was. From the service, to reception, to the Sales Person to our OUTSTANDING CREW, which was headed by ROB .... we were treated so well. Many calls to confirm, to reschedule due to a storm and follow up. Mum and I are thrilled and really really want to comment and THANK ROB and his team for their hard word, respectfulness of Mum's home and doing a fine job. When they were leaving a neighbour came out and he will be calling for an appointment too. You can tell Rob LOVES his work, what a funny guy and so knowledgeable. Thanks again. GO ROB!!!!!

The guys (Shane and Luke) we great. They arrived right on time as scheduled and took great care not to damage the grass and lawn any more than was necessary, (can't dig through a flower bed without some damage). Hard workers and friendly, they didn't mind me watching as they worked. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone with a similar problem.

I requested quotes from 3 different companies. While the others were just as nice, the interaction with Clarke Basement Systems was unmatched. It started with the information package mailed to me and then Chris booking the initial inspection. He came to my house and was considerate to call an hour prior to ask permission for another colleague to join the inspection. They arrived at the time they said they would. They checked the overall moisture level of the house, inspected the cracks, explained their system and process and answered all my questions. Chris gave me time to review quotes to make my decision and followed up after a week if I’ve made a decision. After answering my follow up questions, I decided to proceed with the work. Chris explained what comes next from calls from the office to schedule the crew, what to expect when the crew arrives, how long the work will take and payment details. The scheduling call came as expected and advised they may be able to come in sooner if it works with my schedule. Which ended up being completed 2 weeks sooner than originally scheduled. Worked great for me. Lucio and Dimitri came to do the work and I love how they call 15-30 minutes ahead to let me know they’re on their way. They were wearing masks, kept socially distanced and laid out the floor covers when I let them in. They were very courteous and professional. briefly walked me through what they will do and how long they will be. Also did me a favour of patching up the exterior crack to close it both from inside and out. Cleaned up after themselves and showed me the finished work and advised of drying time. I’m happy with the work and will monitor for leaks when the snow melts. But I’m happy with the experience I had with Clarke basement systems. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I want to thank Dave and Dan and their helper who I did not get his name, for their excellent installation work on the waterproofing/insulation and sump pump work in the crawl space at my cottage. They showed up when they said they would and worked diligently on my crawl space. I am not sure they took any breaks. These guys were terrific! Very knowledgeable and approachable when I had questions as to what they were doing they were happy to educate me. They left the site as clean and tidy as they found it. I resisted the urge to sneak a peek at the work although they often invited me down to review the progress. I was totally amazed by the transformation of the crawl space. Every year I will have Clark Basement systems due the preventative maintenance. Many thanks for a great job! I highly recommend them.

Your two staff members Dustin and Andrew did an excellent workmanship. Both very professional and courteous and explained in advance what and how they were going to do the work. Gave me excellent suggestions as to how to reinstall dry wall after insulating the wall with rigid 4 inch foam to increase the R value. Very pleased with their professionalism and good work attitude. They worked non -stop without taking a break. I have used your services in the past and will keep recommending to others
