Let’s face it—no one wants a crawl space that feels like a rainforest. That was exactly the situation for a homeowner in beautiful Lake of Bays, ON, where their crawl space was damp, musty, and far more humid than it should’ve been.

They called us in to help, and we were happy to step in with a solution that worked from the ground up.

Our team encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace® vapor barrier, giving it a bright, clean, and protective seal. To help manage any sneaky groundwater, we added CleanSpace Drainage Matting and the EZ Flow® Drain System, both designed to direct water exactly where it should go—straight into the SmartSump®, a reliable sump pump made specifically for crawl spaces.

To tackle the humidity for good, we installed a SaniDry Sedona® dehumidifier, one of the most efficient models on the market. It keeps moisture levels low and mold out of the picture. And since Ontario winters can be unforgiving, we also installed an IceGuard® system to ensure the discharge line stays clear, even when temperatures drop below freezing.
