He said if that didn't work, we should contact him again, but he thinks that will be the right answer. I was so impressed that he didn't try to SELL me any services or equipment that were not necessary. I am already recommending TerraFirma to others just based on Ryan's professional handling of my situation. You have an excellent employee. Ryan also said that if I had any questions about the work that my handyman could do in moving the drain spout, that he would be happy to answer those questions. We had multiple problem to address in our basement and wanted to find a company that dealt with all of our issues so we didn't have to bounce back and forth between different contractors. He addressed all issues needed including excavation, drain installation and the use of a sump pump. We are planning to use TerraFirma as our contractor as soon as possible.

I can understand why Casey Moore is successful. He always goes 'the extra mile.' We had numerous bidders come out and estimate our project. The reason that we went with Casey was for a few reasons. He wasn't pushy with sales. He presented the information the best he thought and we were impressed by what he had to say. Another reason is that he was always available. We tried contacting other contractors with follow up questions and they wouldn't get back to us for days at a time. The biggest reason though was because we thought Casey's plan and services TerraFirma could provide was going to give us the most bang for our buck and the best solution. The Answer was easy.

We actually had an excavation contractor bid also. Similar price but more disruption and NO warranty! The crew sent out was very courteous. They left little mess to begin with and thoroughly cleaned-no trace they were here! Very professional, knowledgeable and down to Earth!

Casey Moore gave an excellent presentation. He did not hurry us and gave us thorough information. He urged us to read all documents before signing. The crew was very nice, thorough and advised us we had 2 sewer leaks. We had them repaired.

This carried over with the visit by Ryan who was early and prepared for the inspection. Ryan was thorough and accurate with his measurements and presentation. We went with TerraFirma because of his personality and the way he represented the company. We were very worried about the install because we just had new flooring put in and it was really muddy, but the guy’s took care of everything. They were very professional, super clean and the foreman was on top of everything to make sure it went smooth. The experience exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!
