Drew and his crew did an excellent job installing the BrightWall system in my basement. He kept me informed, answered all my questions and finished the job on-time. I don't give high recommendations very often but considering how well the job was performed, TerraFirma, and Drew in particular, earned this rating. Kevin designed a great waterproofing system and we are very happy with the results. Typically when it would rain hard for 2 to 3 days at a time, water starts to seep through the bottom of our daylight basement walls. There are some cracks in the foundation and when it rains really hard, the water sometimes seeps up through those as well. I am confident in the products and the design to keep my basement dry all the time.

Ryan Thomas is a stellar representative for TerraFirma. He made a recommendation of redirecting the roof drain spouts to another location to avoid any further basement flooding. He said if that didn't work, we should contact him again, but he thinks that will be the right answer. I was so impressed that he didn't try to SELL me any services or equipment that were not necessary. I am already recommending TerraFirma to others just based on Ryan's professional handling of my situation. You have an excellent employee. Ryan also said that if I had any questions about the work that my handyman could do in moving the drain spout, that he would be happy to answer those questions. He gave me his card and said I could call him with any questions.

I had researched french drains due to a problem area in our driveway that was compromising our garages, garage doors, and cuasing an infestation of mosquitoes. My research led me to your companies website and information. I was thrilled that you offered free estimates, so I promptly phoned. Patrick arrived and I pointed out the puddle in the driveway and he quickly stated that your company no longer did french drains. I told him I was very disappointed for that was the main reason for the appointment. We proceeded to the basement, where I let him know my husband was going to install a sump pump and we spoke in length about your company's services and our prior dilemmas due to recent water damage. Patrick was gracious and so personable as well as so confident in your companies services that I started thinking that maybe we could hire your company to install a sump pump instead of a home spun job. Patrick sold your company so completely that I wrangled my husband into the notion that a professional team sounded like the direction we should go. Patrick also said maybe you could also do the french drain as a courtesy (paid of course) since you would be doing the sump pump anyway. Patrick left me with lots of brochures and high hopes as well as the promise to come back with another professional to look at our french drain situation etc. The day  of the install the friendly team arrived and went over the approach of the job at hand. The work was underway and I realized that the placement of the french drain seemed off. Everyone once again graciously talked with me and unfortunately the scratch in the concrete of 25ft had been laid and I was assured that the low spot had been addressed. I had a knot in my stomach and after interrupting the progress two or three times, I decided they were the professionals and they were solving our problem, so let them work. The reason for my lengthly letter is to let you kow how much I appreciate your efforts and company as a team. We had several issues come up in which fell on the shoulders of your company. I want to again let you know how professional and hard workinig I saw your company consistently be, even when approached on the spot and after a hard couple of days. I would recommend our company to anyone with great pride. Your ability to remain professional with out excuses and with a problem-solving attitude and quality of people and workmanship is I am sure what has made you successful. I hope my project would not stop you from creative solutions for another family in the future. My husband and I have been in the design/build business for our whole careers and feel confident in our observation of this situation as a success. We were very worried about the install because we just had new flooring put in and it was really muddy, but the guy’s took care of everything. They were very professional, super clean and the foreman was on top of everything to make sure it went smooth. The experience exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!

I saw TerraFirma on TV and called to schedule a free estimate appointment. The office staff was courteous and helpful. Ryan Thomas explained my problems very well to me. The crew arrived very early and worked till dark. It was a foggy 18 degree day and the only time they stopped working was for lunch. I was impressed! And they did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished.

The call center handled my call with courtesy, efficiency and the appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Casey was promptly on time, listened to my questions and concerns and was able to provide helpful and informative answers. I was confident in the products and recommended solution. I needed basically a total basement make over. The goal was to make it into a livable, usable room. In my opinion TerraFirma achieved that for us. Casey was a pro in all aspects. He drew up the perfect plan and are very happy with the results.

We actually had an excavation contractor bid also. Similar price but more disruption and NO warranty! The crew sent out was very courteous. They left little mess to begin with and thoroughly cleaned-no trace they were here! Very professional, knowledgeable and down to Earth!

Casey Moore gave an excellent presentation. He did not hurry us and gave us thorough information. He urged us to read all documents before signing. The crew was very nice, thorough and advised us we had 2 sewer leaks. We had them repaired.

I feel very confident in TerraFirma's ability to address & solve the problem. I am absolutely confident that they will perform the right solution for the problem. Ryan covered all bases and made my very confident in his and TerraFirma's capabilities. I haven't shopped around but I spoke to a very satisfied former customer, you have great reviews & I only want to do this work once - it costs what it costs - I'm ok with that.

Ryan had mentioned he couldn't guarantee being able to lift the foundation but they were able to get some lift and clost up some of the cracks in my wall. The value of our home has gone up and we were able to successfully sell our home!!
