Older home in the north west with a basement is a recipe for flooding. We hadn't had to bad season in a while but every so often the water shows up. After budgeting for a few years we decided to turn our basement into a living space with a guest room. Casey was very helpful throughout the whole process. The reason we chose to go with TerraFirma for our basement project was because they were persistent, they were easy to get a hold of and always available. We never used our basement for anything more than storage. Then we had kids and acquired five times the amount of things we had before. So we needed to do one of two things. Sell and buy a bigger home or create more usable, livable space. We didn't think things would turn out as amazing as they did. Ryan Thomas was our service technician. He knew his stuff!! He explained the science behind basement waterproofing, something that we would have never thought of as being so important to the long term health to our family and home. This is the best decision we have made with our home since buying it. Installation was a breeze and took about 3 days. We were so happy by the end of the project we BBQ'd for them on their last day. Wesley Johnson from TerraFirma's Roseburg office was the foreman on our crew. He and his crew were amazing! Three continuous days of work to install our Bright Wall Finishing and basement waterproofing system. I have never encountered a more professional, hard working crew! They went out of their way to use windows as access in an effort to minimize disturbance to our home! They worked very hard and very fast. Their cleanup was amazing - definitely left our home much cleaner than it was when they arrived. Not a trace of garbage or dirt left at all. Making our basement livable has been the best home decisions we have made since, well, buying the house. We have doubled the size of our home and love spending time in our day basement now that is starting to get warm out. Casey really helped us realize the potential our house was capable of. It was time to take care of this project. The floors were starting to sag so much that I thought at any point I would fall right through. I contacted 3 different contractors. TerraFirma was the middle price of the three. I've always had issues with my basement. The walls are falling off the side of the house, it is musky and stinky, and I have never had a real use for it other than storage. I called TerraFirma looking for a solution. The woman at the call center answered my call with courtesy, and she was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The System Design Specialist arrived on time and didn't waste any of it. He knocked and went right to work in the basement. Together we went over an accomplish list to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and not just being sold things I didn't care much for. This was the most impressive thing to me is that Casey actually listened and made sure I was the happiest customer I could be. Now, my basement problems are over. I have finished that entire basement now and it is a livable space. Thank you for your help and expertise TerraFirma.

The call center was excellent. They answered my call with courtesy and efficiency. The System Design Specialist arrived at the appointment on time and gave a call the day prior to confirm the appointment. We were presented with multiple options to waterproof our leaky basement. We decided that a drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a sump pump was the best option and the most cost effective. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and dedication to excellence that everyone took throughout the job. Our overall experience was positive and we are glad to have chosen TerraFirma.
