We are so comfortable with our systems specialist and the plan the he put together for us. Ryan knew what he was talking about, that's for sure. After taking care of all the behind the scenes work, we got our project financed and approved. The production team was equally as efficient and helpful as Ryan was. I received great care from all your staff. The call center was able to find a relatively quick time for Casey Moore to come and examine my basement. He was very thorough with his presentation and gave a comprehensive look at the entire situation. We decided that a drainage system was the only thing that needed to be in place as I was not looking to transform my entire basement. The project was very non-invasive and the installation team was done and off the property in a matter of two days. We had a good overall experience working with TerraFirma. Everyone was a professional and knew exactly what they were doing. What I appreciated most was the communication between me and the project details. I was never out of the know and I felt in charge of the situation.

We had the work completed by TerraFirma for 2 main reasons. First, they were the most knowledgeable. From the phone call setting up the appointment, to Casey coming out, to the production team taking care of business. So, we were very comfortable every step of the way. the second reason is that WE LOVE CASEY MOORE! This home is owned by my 95 year old grandmother and I wanted to make sure that we were taking care of problems the right way and the most efficient way. This house has been in our family for generation and I couldn't be happier with how Casey approached every question and concern with professionalism and courtesy. We will be recommending your company to our friends and family with similar home projects. 

I first saw the online presentation when searching for sump pumps. The office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Ryan Thomas gave an excellent presentation and was very hard working. I decided to have TerraFirma do the work needed because of the quality of the materials that they use and because of the various offering to ensure water control. When the crew came out to do the job, they arrived earlier than most other companies would have. Everyone on the crew were very nice and they were extremely good with the exterior cleanup. Bravo TerraFirma!!

We had a very simple project to level some un-level concrete slabs. TerraFirma was the best option we founds for the project and we will only do foundation work with TerraFirma in the future. Their proposed solutions were the exact solutions we needed for our project and they delivered with flying colors. Thanks to the whole team at TerraFirma!!!

We saw TerraFirma at a home show in Albany. The crew was very nice and did a very good job! TerraFirma gave us a free estimate and had a guarantee. Upon job completion the floor was very clean, it was nice to have done in one day.

My final rating for TerraFirma is 10/10. We had a great visit by Ryan. He was early to the appointment, navigated through my basement and was able to provide me with a solution and estimate right on the spot of the visit. I didn't except that and I very much appreciate it. The plan that Ryan drew up was a suitable solution to our basement needs and the price was fair. TerraFirma went above my expectations with the proposal and the installation. We look forward to working with you in the future if we have any more home foundation projects. 

Patrick did a great job explaining the work he proposed to do and quickly came up with an estimate and answered my questions promptly. Patrick was very personable and professional. We were still going to have some cracks in the floor but he then proposed we check out their concrete leveling systems, another service that TerraFirma provides. So in addition to the foundation, we decided to lift some slabs and fill the voids. Overall I felt like I received the total package, tackling the project from all angles. It was very nice to go through one contractor for the entire project rather than juggling multiple contacts. No criticisms. 

I was ready to transform our basement into the livable space that we had envisioned when I purchased the house 8 years ago. I met with 4 different companies about the best way to take a comprehensive look at regulating humidity, waterproofing and finishing. There were two companies that were able to do all three services I was looking for and Casey separated himself by his integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I never felt like I was being up sold or pressured into getting products installed that I didn't need or were not necessary. This went a long way with me and it was an easy decision to work with Casey and TerraFirma.

Our experience with Patrick and the TerraFirma was above our expectations. Patrick did a great job. We received wonderful unsolicited reviews on your company. We're excited to have had you do the work. We were comfortable with the products and the plan that Patrick proposed and felt like it would permanently and comprehensively waterproof our basement. Patrick was able to provide an proposal at the time of inspection. I felt like our meeting was more of a consultation that a sales appointment. 

Both guys were professional, personable and competent. Darren was very informative and clearly educated on the matter. Jon and his crew worked very efficient and hard to complete the job in good time. I am very satisfied with their performance.

This was a time sensitive project, and we couldn't be happier about the promptness, punctuality and accuracy concerning the entire process. We are so happy Ryan Thomas was our representative. He was knowledgeable and friendly with his proceedings making sure we were in-the-know and didn't have any further concerns with him, the company or the project. We will be using TerraFirma with any future home projects we encounter in the future. 

inspector was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. Even in areas where your company had no solution he offered helpful suggestions for me to pursue. You heard me. A contractor suggesting other services and companies?? Unheard of right? This went a long with me and Patrick earned my trust. The project was a little messy during work but they cleaned up well. You couldn't even tell they were there. It actually looked better than before. Grass, flowers, rock bed etc all looked as good as new.--I loved working with you all!!

The problem was we had a ridiculous amount of standing water in the yard. Either the lawn was completely saturated or we had a clogged drain. Something is wrong and we needed it fixed. Ryan suggested that we put a new drainage system in. It would be a very simple process but it just needed to get done. It took no longer than a day to install. Ryan was very precise with what he thought would be the best option for us. He presented the information in a way we understood. It made sense. We had it installed and we haven't seen standing water anymore when it rains. We are happy about the success of the drainage system and impressed with the overall results. 

Every employee at Terra Firma was very courteous and helpful. Dan's presentation was very good. The crew arrived on time and they cleaned up before they left the job site. They completed their work in a timely and professional manner.
