I have recently seen ads for your business on television. Before that, when we were looking for a solution to our problem, we found you online.  Each time I communicated with a member of your staff in the office they were friendly, helpful and empathetic! We decided to go with your company because of the discussion of the details of the contract with your office staff and the written agreement that followed in the mail. It also meant a lot to me that Clint listened to my idea for a drain at the top of the wall instead of the vapor barrier that was suggested for the wall surface – and he agreed it was a good idea and then put it in our contract rather than the planned barrier! The crew arrived earlier than we thought every day. This was a bonus because I am a control freak. I needed lots of input and the foreman, Wes, was really understanding and helpful. The crew was amazing! Friendly, conversational and professional. The cleanup and return of our property to its original condition was VERY important to me. I was amazed at the way things were returned to better than before, especially after being horrified daily during the procedure! One day I came home and saw a drainpipe extending from the hill next to the driveway. The crew had to go through a flowerbed, move a rock border, go across the gravel driveway in front of the entrance to our yard, through another flowerbed and border, install the pipe, and then put it all back. I WALKED ALONG WHAT I THOUGHT MAY HAVE BEEN THE AREA THEY WORKED ON AND COULD NOT DETECT THAT THEY HAD EVER BEEN THERE. BEYOND AMAZING!! You may definitely use me as a reference! I can’t thank you enough or make enough positive comments about our experience with TerraFirma! Casey came out for the free estimate and was very professional. I chose the company because of the work that has been done locally on a theatre down town and other large projects. 

The problem we had with our crawl space was a combination of things. Standing water, high humidity which probably caused mold to grow and dry rot. Cleanspace was presented to us by Casey. I've never heard of it before, but from how Casey spoke of it and presented the benefits, it seemed like the leading solution for crawl space repair. We feel that Casey seems to be well qualified and knowledgeable in the field and an asset to your company.  He earned our trust and business. Since having the Cleanspace installed we have had piece of mind our house isn't rotting away under our feet and that we have a cleaner, healthier home. 

We are very pleased with the recent work that was done at our house. We may think about moving in the Cleanspace it looks so nice! Your crew supervisor Jeremy Schwab did a great job. He took the time to call and tell me he would be late on the starting date and gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. The crew was very professional and the job was neatly done with a very good clean up. If that is possible with concrete dust. I would gladly talk to any prospective customer that would like a reference. Your company employees have a great attitude from the girl I met at the show to all your workers. Mr Ryan Lahley took care of my needs in a speedy manor. Very well done sir. So far everything has been great. Our experience with the call center Nina, our estimator Ryan and the installation crew Drew, we have nothing but high marks for them. They were all a treat to work with and very considerate to my needs and questions. The crawl space of our home is now encapsulated and we feel very comfortable with the health condition of the home, and the fact that I will hopefully never have to go down there again for any reason. They sealed off the vents, installed and dehumidifier and isolated the crawl space from any outside contact with the cleanspace liner. Everyone did great work.

I originally saw you on TV and then searched for your company on the internet. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. Patrick was very thorough and professional with his presentation.
