Patrick provided exactly what I asked for. Everyone was knowledgeable and on top of their game. With any future jobs I have under my home, these are the guys I will be calling. Patrick was full of energy and got me excited about having this work done on my home. I knew that is was a big project but by doing the work now, we will be saving on energy and utilities. A huge plus! The production team was hardly noticed. They were under the home all day and really only stopped when we had questions. I loved working with the company and would recommend it to anyone in the future.

We are much happier since having our crawl space encapsulated. TerraFirma came through and installed a new liner, dehumidifier and SUMP pump to eliminate standing water, reduce humidity to 40% and keep air clean and healthy that is circulating through my home. One thing I was worried about was that my vents were being covered. Casey had explained this is the reason for the unhealthy environment in the crawl space. Cold air flows in during the winter which increased my heating bill and flows out during the summer which increased my cooling bill. Now that everything is sealed off and dehumidified, I don't have to worry about huge fluctuation in utilities. I am very happy with the result of the completed work and clean up was more than satisfactory. Considering the entry access was inside the house and all the gravel had to be carried in by hand. They took extra care to not spill any of the rocks -- These guys did a fine job and in just one day!

We were looking to sell the home. While we were getting initial inspection on the value of the home, we were constantly told to get our crawl space finished. In our mind, crawl space finishing, especially in Bend, OR seemed silly. This is why we were so happy to have Chris as our representative. After he went through his presentation and talked about the benefits of having a finished crawl space, we now saw what the inspectors were talking about. We were able to sell our home for about 10% more than what we initially though and a lot faster than we would have otherwise. Nothing more to say about the representative and install team. They were AMAZING! These guy brought their A game from start to finish and were a great representation of the company. Crawl space science is really interesting, especially from an economic and health viewpoint. I read their pre-mail packed and bombarded Ryan with questions. He left no stone un-turned and I couldn't have been more confident in his plan by the end of the afternoon. The installers showed up in what looked like ghost buster outfits and began crawling around under the home. 2 days later they were done. If anyone is looking to breath healthier air in their home and save money on utilities (everyone) call TerraFirma.

We expect that the team that will come out to physically work on our home will be as knowledgeable as Ryan. We are retired and budget conscious and we certainly would not proceed if we felt it would not permanently solve our crawl space problems. There is no date set yet to have our project completed, but we are 100% sure we are going with TerraFirma and going to complete the project all together. Ryan was very thorough and provided many option on not only the solution needed, but on financing to get the work done. Ryan has crawl space repair and knowledge down to a science. He was a real expert in the field, so I felt very comfortable working with him and the company. He is a great representative for TerraFirma. During construction, we hardly noticed them working. It was a pretty non-invasive project. They were there early in the morning and were done with the project before the end of the day. We appreciated their speediness and punctuality. I am happy with the work that was done. Dehumidifier is in place and working correctly.

I have had a good experience overall working with TerraFirma. I believe they were very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Patrick was able to explain the benefits of encapsulating our crawl space. We went over his computer presentation and agreed that this was the best option for our crawlspace. The reason I proceeded to work with Patrick is because he remained in constant contact with me. He was always available to answer questions and make sure we were 100% comfortable with how the project was coming along. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Initially there was some mess but they cleaned up very well and were out of the home in less than two full days work.

To say the least, we were very impressed with Patrick. In our experiences working with home contractors, they don't listen, they don't take our opinion into consideration because they are the "experts" and, it is an overall tense appointment. We did not find any of these thing to be true with Patrick and TerraFirma. They listened to my suggestions and took my budget into consideration. At the end of our appointment with Patrick we felt very comfortable that we had agreed upon a solution that I was happy with and could afford as well as one that Patrick and TerraFirma could stand behind and guarantee would be a permanent solution.
