I used TerraFirma Foundation Systems to do an encapsulation of our walk space. It went very well and we were quite satisfied with the service. They were clean and thorough. We appreciated the working people. They were courteous. I would recommend them and say they are good. 

Both crew took the time to explain everything. I was always informed of what the next steps in the project were. Clean up was satisfactory. I am very happy with the results of the completed work.

Our house was appraised because we were putting it on the market. We were told that getting our crawl space repaired would significantly raise the value of the home. Also, Nobody wants to buy a house that has a big home project waiting for them. We heard about TerraFirma on the radio and called them out for an inspection. In our mind it was simple choice. The price of the crawl space encapsulation was less than the increase in value of our home so we decided it was a good investment. Bryan went through our crawlspace, took pictures, and made sure that we were solving every piece of our crawl space. We added a dehumidifier and sump pump to create a total waterproofing system. Bryan had an excellent presentation and was clearly very knowledgeable. We felt confident with Bryan and the company to proceed with their services. 

I have only positive things to say about TerraFirma. I've spent many years under homes with my career in telecommunication and wiring repair, but until calling TerraFirma and speaking with Ryan, I had no idea that the space under your home was so significant to the overall health of the home. What impressed me most was Ryan's knowledge and ability to explain things through his computer presentation. He did a stand up job and is a great asset to your company. Wes and his team worked diligently and came around to inform me of what was going on and also to answer my questions. The marketing Director Kevin sent me a case study including write up and pictures of my project which showed me these guys go above and beyond the normal contractor. Everyone did a great job and I will be referring them to friends and family.

I have to start by saying, I thought your representative was very knowledgeable explaining what should be done. Even your marketer at the county fair knew more about foundation work than our city, county or community "planners." I am particularly impressed with you telling me what you were going to do, what you would not do and how long it would take and the approximate cost - your final bill was actually less than your original estimate! Your competition was not clear.

I'm very pleased with Ryan and the plan he put together for my home foundation repair. Ryan went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection and make sure that he didn't miss the slightest detail. I knew this was a big project and I'm very happy that he took the extra time to not miss any details. He was very helpful and informative. For an expense this big, I wanted to make sure I got the best solution available, so I shopped around. It didn't take long for me to notice the design Ryan had put together was the most all around efficient. Making my decision was a no brainer. 

This is a larger project. Before meeting with TerraFirma it was hard to visualize, even with all of your tools on Patrick's comp, but they helped tremendously. It will be better when I see how it all comes together. Patrick explained things great and was clearly knowledgeable with piering systems. We are so happy to have called. All I know is I'm glad I'm not the one doing this project. The production team was amazing and really exceeded my expectation. TerraFirma is an great company. Everyone I spoke with was polite and education. I felt comfortable with the project from day 1. 

What a great company, and Patrick was a treat to work with! Your company as a whole  is all around great and we wouldn't have worked with anyone else. The call center was friendly, Patrick was professional and knowledgeable and the production crew was some of the hardest working people I have had the pleasure to work with. Patrick's comprehensive assessment of our foundation was complete. Our project was larger so we wanted to make sure everything was to the T. TerraFirma are the experts in foundation repair.

Significant settling on these two lots. There must have been some underground spring or pipe burst here because only these two lots on our whole property were seeing the settling and sinking. I first noticed the problem after a tenant moved out and we were preparing for another family to move in. There were cracks in the wall that I had not noticed before. I check the neighboring lots and could only see cracks in the two lots. Jason Klein came out to take measurements and give an estimate. The foundations on both houses had sunk nearly two inches. Being an owner of many properties, these things need to be taken care of immediately or they just keep getting worse and the price keeps going up to repair. Jason's diagnosis was complete and comprehensive to both properties and he was able to schedule a quick date to get things taken care of. I was most impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Jason and his crew. He is a jack of the trade.
