Chris was very helpful in explaining the details and benefits of why I should be getting my crawl space encapsulated rather than just laying down a new liner. He suggested using their Cleanspace material to completely encapsulate the area. The main benefits being no more mold and dry rot, better breathing air and low utility bills. This made a lot of sense to me and for the price we paid it was well worth it. I did have some initial objections to funding the project but Chris presented many financing options. Surprisingly they had great rates. Chris was very personable and honest with his approach to my project, which I really appreciated. He was very sincere and knowledgeable. TeraFirma really impressed me the whole way though, following up on message, emails, phone calls, etc and making sure I was never guessing what the next step was. Great job.

I had done my research and had a good idea of what my crawl space needed to transform it into a usable space. So a dehumidifier, sump pump and a new liner/vapor barrier was installed. We have been taking our time finding someone that would provide all of these services at a reasonable cost. Very good experience overall. I feel comfortable with the company and they were very accommodating to my schedule on when we could get our estimate and schedule the installation. Patrick was a stand up guy. Answered all my questions and made sure I was happy all the way.

Our crawlspace looks amazing! We have a lot to that to Josh Anderson and the entire TerraFirma team. We had a very crummy crawlspace situation and have been looking to do something about it for some time now. We had TerraFirma out to encapsulate our crawl space. I was very impressed with TerraFirma-Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. We had a joy working with Ryan. He is a very sincere and a genuinely nice guy, which made me feel like he was there to help rather than just to sell me something. We have recently had the house appraised because we are selling soon (hopefully) and the value of the home went up roughly 10% after getting Cleanspace installed. We enjoyed our visit with Bryan and we were very impressed. He was able to confirm what we felt was the case, that we are not in bad shape foundation wise and have no major basement or crawl space issues. Humidity is also not a big issue for us. He spend quality time with us and we were especially impressed he did not try to sell us something we did not really need. We will consider the vapor proofing of our crawl space as a possibility down the road and may look at that for our crawl space at our rental property. We have already shared your name with neighbors and if there is ever a time where we need any of the services you provide we will definitely give you a call. Your employee was courteous and thorough, his presentation was very good and I enjoyed meeting with him. The product is definitely worth the money, and we look forward to enjoying the health and financial benefits. This product will pay for itself after all the money we will start saving on our energy bill. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a crawl space and I would recommend TerraFirma to do it. They were precise, quick and out before I even noting there were people crawling under my house all day.

My experience was a 10/10. Josh was very polite and patient with all my questions. At the end of the appointment we received our proposal which was nice that we didn't have to wait. The price was fair and the solution was exceptional. The two things I am most happy about since getting this work done on my home is the piece of mind that my family is breathing healthier air, and my home 's value is higher than before.
