I noticed the symptoms of the problem first because the average heating and cooling bills were increasing. I spoke with a few friends about the problem and they were the ones that had mention your name and the possible problem. Apparently crawlspace encapsulation is a common project in my neighborhood. Chris was very courteous. He respected my time, my money, and at the end of the day I felt like he gave me the best possible comprehensive solution for my problem. They were working under the house the whole time so I hardly noticed they were even there. Three days later they were gone with the wind. Chris was great about following up with me after the project to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results and all my questions had been answered.
