The call center handled my call with courtesy, efficiency and an appointment was set to my convenience. Patrick was punctual to the appointment and was prepared for a thorough inspection. I felt like the products were the best option I found that would permanently solve my sinking porch foundation. Everyone did a great job, from the call center to installation and follow up. There was very little more TerraFirma could have done to make my experience better.

I recently called your company with concerns over flooding in our crawl space. I want to say, first of all, that the young lady I talked with on the phone was wonderful. She was kind, informative, thoughtful and kept in constant contact with me until an appointment could be made. Ryan Lahley came to our house to evaluate our crawl space problem and to make recommendations. He was simply awesome as well. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and I believe his recommendations made sense! I want to thank everyone involed for thier efforts in solving this problem.

Ryan is the perfect employee. He is personable, projects a very sincere persona and is very committed to his products. Our only initial hang up was financing the project so we just had to get things squared away with that before we moved forward. Ryan presented many different options for us on that front. After seeing displays at home shows, we decided to schedule an appointment with TerraFirma. The office staff was very helpful and courteous. Patrick was thorough with his presentation; the products looked to be superior and the guarantee helped us to make the decision and go ahead with the work. The men that came out to work on our house were on time and they were all very polite. They also did a great job with cleaning up in the end. The guys were not only totally on task but also sensitive to our living and working circumstance with an in-home business. The only real contact I had with TerraFirma was Patrick, and he was a pleasant experience. So I would go on to give him a 10/10. The call center took care of business, but I was only on the phone for 3 minutes and basically I just let the installation crew do their thing. I am not an expert in the field but these guys are. Patrick is a great representative of TerraFirma and he earned my trust and business. The destruction was a little more than I thought it would be in the midst of the project, but they cleaned up wonderfully and made it appear there was hardly any work done at all. The came and went in 3 days of installation. Glad we could do business and thank you for helping me stabilize my foundation. Cool technology too.
