I am pleased with the service. Call center gal was nice. Ryan was a professional and had a wide knowledge base about foundation repair. A comprehensive plan was built, and after discussing payment option, which they have a few, we were ready to move forward with the project. Ryan was available for follow ups and furthers questions throughout the project time frame. The project needed to be completed in a timely manner. TerraFirma respected my time frames and urgency. I felt respected and listened to. Everything someone would want being the customer. Thank you for your help and good luck to the future.

Our problem involved the support beams under the house. the floor was sagging in the middle and had formed a collection point. Looking under the floor, the supports were all squished and it look like someone had tried to fix it in the past. We just went a step farther and made sure to take care of the problem for good. Casey suggested Smart Jacks. basically, easily adjustable support posts. It worked! they raised the floors. It is flat and the floor doesn't sag when you walk on top. Casey had a quick and easy solution for us that we felt comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable and personable in his approach and we never felt pressured to make a decision, but glad we did. Thank you for restoring value back to our home.

We have a date already schedule and so far it is FANTASTIC and I don't really expect things to change. This is a very simple review from a happy customer. I wouldn't change anything. Well maybe if it were free and they cooked dinner, but the service has been fantastic. Ryan was honest and personable, something you don't see out of contractors these days. I would recommend this service to my friends 100%!!!

Nina was very polite in the call center. They were able to schedule an appointment within the week. Casey, our project estimator was very professional. We felt comfortable with the plan that he drew up for our foundation. Helical piers are a pretty cool technology. Casey's presentation was very helpful and informative. Everything was very clear with the project and the price was fair. We expected the same kind of professionalism from the production crew and they were. They arrived on time each day and didn't make a mess out of the yard. After clean up, the yard actually looked better than it did in the first place. They replaced all of our rock gardens and bark chip sections. We were overall impressed with the results and are glad we chose to go with TerraFirma.

We built our home 15 years ago. The ground underneath the front porch pad settled and we know there was a void under it but didn't know how much. Slowly it was settling down.  We hired Terra Firma to come and inspect and then hired them to fill in the void with a foam mixture. They drilled very small holes in our concrete pad and raised our porch about 1" to its original level without even disturbing the original concrete porch slab.  They did it without even a crack in the concrete. We appreciate the courteous attitude of the two men who came and did the work Thank you Terra Firma. You blessed us and it looks so good now. 

Ryan is an excellent representative of your company. Knowledgeable, prersonable, and friendly. He was very cunning with his use of all the tools he brought, and the creativity in which he designed our system. The whole team had great communication with me and among themselves. Production came to my house knowing exactly what the plan was and got right to work first thing in the morning. Clean up was as though they were never there in the first place. The entire project from inspection to end of install took about 3 weeks and we are very pleased with how things unraveled. 

Dan was very personable, and is a good representative for TerraFirma. This is a large project and Dan stated that he would email me an estimate which worked great for me to review on paper. He sent the final project proposal back and everything looked to plan and budget. I did get 2 additional bids on the project. TerraFirma was the most complete and I felt would give me and the client the best results for the best price. Dan definitely knew what he was talking about and we appreciated his professionalism and knowledge to help us make the best educated decision.

The representative sent out for the estimate was knowledgeable and informative. Installation crew arrived on time and was courteous.  TerraFirma team was very professional.

The call center was courteous and was able to schedule a convenient date and time for my appointment. The proposed system and products I felt comfortable that my foundation problem would be permanently resolved. Tim quickly prepared his report and presented it to me the very next day. Jeramie, Joe and Kyler were very courteous, respectful, and professional in every regard.  Every time they came into the house they left their footwear outside the door. I did not go under the house to check their work, but I have no doubt that the forthcoming photos will certainly prove the quality of their work! I will certainly recommend Terra Firma to anybody I know who might be considering similar work at their home.

The call center was great and the System Design Specialist, Josh, was very personable and thorough. The proposal at the time of inspection was cheaper and more complete than the other estimates I received. I plan to go with TerraFirma in the next 6 months. Josh was the biggest factor in me choosing TerraFirma. Out of 10 I give the call center and Josh a 10!! He was very professional and awesome.
