Our initial call was handled with courtesy and efficiency. Our system design specialist Kecvin knew his stuff and was promptly on time. We were able to come upon an agreement of which solution would be best for this particular issue and also worked within our budget. We liked working with your company because we received an estimate on the day of inspection and they were quick to help finance and schedule a date of installation. We have nothing but positive things to say about the company. 

I though my project was going to be much bigger and much more expensive. I was budgeting to pay double of what the project ended up costing me. Adam said that my project was more simple than I thought and he could take care of the bulk repairs with their helical pile system. The second part of the project was to patch up the crumbling cement. This is not a service that TerraFirma typically does, according to Adam but, Adam and TerraFirma went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the project. We were very happy with the professionalism and class of everyone we were in contact with throughout the project and are happy we chose to go with TerraFirma. 

The call center handled my call well. They found a time and date that made sense with my schedule for someone to inspect my home. The proposal options were given and made sense considering the condition of the foundation, and the price was reasonable too. Kevin was very helpful, and he took the time to walk around and answer all my questions. I hope to get to work with him again. Nina took my initial call and made sure that the inspection would fit into the inspection period of our purchase. She was very easy to talk to and I felt like she asked all the questions needed to prepare the inspector. 

I was very impressed with the work that Bryan did on our behalf. I can see why your company is held in high esteem if all your people are as good as the ones that helped us. Thank you for all the assistance. It took us a little to budget for the project, not that it was expensive, but that is just what we do. Once we had everything installed we have piece of mind that our home is on solid ground and we have put in preventative measures to eliminate sliding and settling. Thank you Bryan for all your hard work and TerraFirma for taking care of the job in a profession and personable manner.

TerraFirma Foundation Systems did a very professional job of stabilizing and leveling my foundation. The crew led by Chad were courteous and professional.  After efficiently doing the work I contracted for, they cleaned up their work site. The job was done right and I am pleased with the result!

My proposal was presented after a 2 hours of inspection. I am completely happy and confident that the solutions presented by Ryan will solve our problem. Ryan was very accommodating to my wants and needs of the project without sacrificing any factors to complete the project. We decided to go with TerraFirma for our foundation repair project because of the professionalism and respect that Ryan portrayed and earned. The only issue we ran in to was the price. We wanted to make sure we solved the problem permanently and were more than happy to pay a little extra to guarantee the solution for years to come.

My initial call was handled courteously, efficiently and an appointment was set for a System Design Specialist to visit me at my house. Josh was prompt and prepared to give me a full inspection and estimate. We have approximately 500 sq ft of crawlspace dug out about 6" deeper than it needs to be and we needed 3 jack posts installed along the floor beam. Josh was a 10/10. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the specifics and details. When I proceed with the project soon, I will be calling Josh to make it happen.

The underlying theme from start to finish was TRUST. I felt that everyone was honest about the work, what their intentions were, how it would benefit me if at all, and the price. Josh was our service representative. Josh was perfectly perfect!! The plan that he drew up we felt very comfortable with and the production foreman was able to follow his plan perfectly and get it in to the ground without a hiccup. I'm my opinion there was nothing more they could have done to make me feel better about the process or the job. Exceptional work all around. 

The call center and the System Design Specialist was excellent. Everything was done to my convenience. After the presentation, I felt comfortable with the project and the plan to support my foundation and I believed that the products were the best option out there. Adam was very professional. He truly listened to and addressed my concerns. I was impressed with his passion and obvious pride in the products he provides for his customers.
