Chris, however, knew exactly what caused the problem and had a few different ways to tackle it. He also had animated videos and other tools that made it easy to understand what was going on. I was impressed. I signed up right on the spot, which awarded me a 5% “efficiency savings” for getting everything coordinated now instead of weeks down the line.
