I highly recommend Chris Bailey! He came out to do a foundation inspection because I was worried about our sloping floors and wanted to look into adding extra support pillars in the basement. Chris completely calmed my worries. He took detailed measurements, used specialized diagnostic tools to accurately assess the structural slant, and even provided a clear, step-by-step bulleted list of exactly what would happen during the repair process. After a thorough inspection and a helpful chat, he gave us a great price quote and a clear engineering drawing of the proposed stabilization work. My husband and I initially had a misunderstanding about the project, and to our surprise, family members stepped in to help us with the repairs instead. Even though I had to cancel the job, Chris was exceptionally understanding, professional, and helpful about the situation.Everything is sorted out now, and I am so thankful for his excellent customer service.
