Michael, the guys were out here today. They got the job done. I've never seen (the types of things) that you can do for a basement. They've got the cracks on the walls and ceilings  all sealed, and the doors all opening. They just did an excellent job. (Paraphrase: I have more repairs needed that I will have you do). I can't say enough how knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and considerate Nathan Scroggins was. The area was as clean as could be expected for the work done. The sales person, Kurt Weir, was very helpful.   

Office staff very helpful, polite, friendly, and courteous. I would not have moved forward with the company if office staff was poor. Inspector did really good and went over everything with me. Inspector Michael did not pressure me with any of the solutions he proposed. I chose Redeemers Group by referral. The installation team actually arrived a little earlier than expected, but I was pleased with this. Jason, the foreman was very helpful. After he finished up the project I asked him a favor. I am elderly and asked if he would check my oil for her and he did. I was surprised he did it with no problem. I will be using you in the future...I have some additional projects I want to get done. Definitely will be calling again!

We were referred to this company by Harmon Construction. Was a blessing. Bobbi Jo was brilliant. Even when the 811 people went to the wrong house she and Angel got right on it. This crew was AWESOME. Bo, Chad and Antonio did a great job. They kept us informed every step of the way and did the job quickly and efficiently. Can not say enough good things about them. Just a great group of workers.They cleaned up and left things better than they found it actually. We were so impressed. Like I said above, your company was recommended by an honest construction company. We worried we would be taken advantage of because there very few people in our area in this line of work. Harmon Construction said he used them and trusted them to be both reliable and honest. This is why were chose them. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID. !!!!!

Installation of drain was not done properly, but Service Tech Nolan Manson made repairs and the problem was corrected. I was informed the initial installer is no longer with the Redeemers Group so the problem I had should not be repeated. Nolan Manson was very professional and explained my problem was caused by a one foot section that was not finished properly. Thank you Nolan for making the repair to complete my installation and solve my water problem.

I had mold in my bathroom and on the walls behind the beds.  I tried adding a high volumn venitilation fan in the bath with no results.  A friend did a lot of research on the most effective way to control mold and found this company.  I knew that this friend was the type to do a complete consumer study before spending money on anything this expensive and involved, so I simply trusted his advice and I was right.  There is no mold problem whatsoever.  I also knew this would be the solution based on previous experience at my former home where we dug out the foundation shrubs, tarred the side of the house with a membrane, installed sump pumps, etc etc,  did it twice!  Still didnt solve the problem.  These guys have the answer.  It's a network and it works...simple but expensive. They gave us full disclosure of all options available to handle our high moisture/mold problem in crawlspace as well as total costs. Showed up as scheduled and work done in timely manner. Employees were courteous and professional. On the initial job, a drain and dehumidifier were istalled which needs yearly service. They came out one year after installation and serviced the dehumidifier as promised.

Dear Mr. Cooper: We would like to take this opportunity to commend you on the professionalism, kindness, job knowledge, and conduct of the team who, In August, serviced our home for mold removal and control. This team included Michael (salesman), David (work crew team leader), Raphael, Corey, and Brendan (one day helper). Mr. Lurie went above and beyond the call for his kindness, friendliness, job explanation, and patience with us. We pestered him several times and he was always so understanding with us. He is “terrific.” The work crew did a great job on a must a near impossible task. They took time to explain what they were going to do, how long it would take, answered all our questions, and left the yard looking like it was before the job. (In other words, all bushes and flowers were intact). They get a “BIG THANK-YOU” for their final results! Our home is very low underneath and the crawl space is very hard to use. I’m very grateful and confident the house is fine and all is working right, because we (mother 85), daughter 67), and daughters husband 69( are unable to check things out. However, David took pictures of the results and all looks wonderful. “Hat’s off” to all involved in this whole endeavor. We found you on the “world wide web” and also noted “Angie’s List” super value award. You got rid of a big problem we weren’t aware we had. We are so grateful. Bobbi was so helpful in getting my project rescheduled as it previously was scheduled the day before I am to leave the country on a mission trip in Ecuador. I was very impressed with Brook's presentation as he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I saw you in Angie's List where you had good reviews. (The installation crew) arrived even earlier than anticipated which was great! Jason and Josh were very kind, helpful and attentive during our conversation. I called last year and Ben Hoff(sp?) came out and I was VERY impressed with his kindness, knowledge and compassion with my problem. I did not have the work done last year as I thought my problem had been resolved with new gutters. BUT...because Ben had been so helpful, I called back this year. And I must say that Brook, Jake and Josh have just been wonderful to work with. I definitely would recommend Redeemers in that area. I just hope I will have no problems with the new sump pump and that I will never see water in my garage again! If everything works okay, I will give Redeemers a big SHOUT OUT!
